Shipping policy

We offer free FedEx 2nd Day Air on all domestic (US lower 48) orders over $150. 

Delicacies ships to Canada, Australia, and all EU countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. We offer Canadian shipping through FedEx International Ground®, and packages typically arrive between 4 and 7 business days. For all other countries, we use FedEx International Connect Plus, which is estimated to arrive between 5 and 12 business days.

If you don’t see your country listed as “available” please email info@delicaciesjewelry.com and we will personally take care of you. All international sales are final. 

If your package is damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@delicaciesjewelry.com and we’ll do our best to help resolve it quickly.  

In-stock orders typically ship within one (1) business day. (I.e., orders for in-stock items placed Friday or over the weekend will ship Monday morning. Orders placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday.) Shipping times vary based by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated ship times are provided at checkout. 

Note: FedEx Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days but delivery times are NOT guaranteed, especially around major holidays.
