MythologyPassion, Beauty, and Happiness

The succulent cherry has a strong connotation in the West with femininity, beauty, and virginity about to be plucked. In Eastern mythology, cherry blossoms symbolize immortality and innocence. And so the cherry is torn between the sensuous and the sacred.

The cherry is sweet with just a hint of tartness, its season fleeting, and its blossoms fall at the very height of their beauty. She’s telling you to savor the moment because nothing lasts forever. Wear the cherry to embrace your femininity and as a reminder to enjoy life’s fleeting pleasures.
